Margit Cooper

Principal Broker

Margit was born and raised in the Portland area and currently resides in Damascus with her family. She earned her real estate license in 2005 and has volunteered in her community for several years, see below.  Margit is a real estate professional that can do more then unlock a home and show a floor plan. She negotiates on her clients behalf throughout the entire process. Over the years, Margit has worked with every kind of client imaginable – both buyers and sellers – and has amazing communication skills. As a huge advocate for her clients, Margit always has their best interest in mind and her professionalism never waivers as she represents her clients when communicating on their behalf with other Realtors, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title and escrow.
Margit listens to her clients needs and wants. Anyone who has ever purchased a home knows it is a huge financial decision and there is more involved than just signing some papers. She will help you every step of the way. Margit answers her phone on evenings and weekends, knowing her clients questions are important. Customer service is essential when buying or selling a home. Margit works hard for her clients. She is in a business of developing friendships and wants her clients happy. Word of mouth after a transaction closes is very important to her.  Margit has sold homes throughout the Portland metro area but specializes in Damascus, Boring, Sandy, Gresham, Estacada, Oregon City, West Linn, and NE Portland.
