Scott is a life long resident of Oregon and has called Gresham home for about 13 years. His oldest daughter just went off to college and his son is a junior at Gresham High School. Scott and his wife Janet are high school sweethearts that are going on 22 years of marriage. Before becoming a Real Estate agent, Scott was a fishing guide for almost 20 years taking people out on local rivers, Tillamook Bay and a few of the rivers that flow into Bristol Bay, Alaska. He has the fortunate distinction of floating nearly every navigable river in Oregon through the years. In 2012, Scott hung up his waders and jumped into Real Estate. "I was ready for a change. I was tired of spending so much time traveling and being away from my family," says Scott. "I sold all of my boats and bought bikes!" When Scott is not showing homes on the weekends, he is out racing his bicycle. "Our area has a great bike racing scene and there is a race out there for every ability." Scott's daughter also took up the sport. My goal is to become 'Gresham's Realtor' while continuing to server the Greater Portland area. Scott also serves on the board of directors for the East Metro Association of Realtors. "Gresham continues to grow and I want to have a hand in shaping and contributing to the quality of life in our community." "My goal is to help people through the process of buying or selling a home with as little stress as possible. I do this through education and communication." Scott is in this business to help others and it shows.
